Information you choose to share
The quote form asks for your locations, preferred date, property and service needs, name, email and preferred contact method. Phone numbers, street addresses, access details, notes and photos may also be provided. Please avoid including identity documents, financial details or unrelated sensitive information.
Why we use it
Heat Movers uses inquiry information to respond to your request, discuss a potential move and arrange services you choose. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to marketing.
Delivery and processing
When email delivery is enabled, the website sends your inquiry and optional photos through Resend to Heat Movers at heatmoversinc@gmail.com. Your email becomes the reply address so the team can respond directly. Photos are not published in a gallery. The website does not maintain a public upload directory or an inquiry database.
Sending availability
Email delivery may not yet be enabled. A failed submission does not confirm receipt. The form keeps your entries on the page so you can retry; you can also contact Heat Movers directly.
Security and preferences
The server validates submissions and uses a short-lived security token, a hidden spam field and rate limits. Basic hosting logs may include technical request information. No advertising trackers are included. If you choose to receive updates, that preference is included in your inquiry email; the form does not automatically enroll you in a mailing list.
Google reviews and external sites
If a Google review connection is enabled, review content and attribution come from Google Maps. External links take you to services with their own privacy policies. Google Maps content is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Google Maps terms.
Retention and questions
Inquiries delivered by email remain in the business mailbox and email provider systems according to their settings. Ask Heat Movers about access, correction or deletion by emailing heatmoversinc@gmail.com or calling 305-497-2538. No specific retention period is represented here.
